Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.

• For remote locations or areas not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you in advance.

Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner issues.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies to orders below ₹499 (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a link via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding globally and will keep you updated.
