  • Returned in unused, unopened condition with original packaging and invoice.

• Food products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Window

• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

• Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

• Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used food products.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
